The Unit consists of the Department Physical Therapy and the Department of Occupational Therapy.

We conduct research and offer education and training on basic and clinical knowledge and skills in physical therapy for disorders of motor function, internal and respiratory functions, and pediatric disorders.  We also aim to foster highly skilled physical therapist who can meet the societal needs for rehabilitation science in the face of aging population, and increase in adult diseases and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.  Ultimately, it is our aim to return the outcome of research and education activities to the society.  We thus seek applications from highly motivated prospective students and professionals who are ready to develop and further their expertise.
